Place your hands gently on your knees, as tender as leaves resting, embodying 1 Peter 5:7, “Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.” Open your eyes wide, then let them close slowly, as if embracing the night, reminiscent of Psalm 4:8, “In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety.”<\/span><\/p>\n

Imagine now, you’re in a beautiful forest on a perfect summer day. You’re seated with your back against a tree, feeling its solid presence through your clothing, recalling Psalm 1:3, “That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither\u2014whatever they do prospers.” The forest is alive with fir, spruce, and evergreen, the air is clean and fresh.
